Slow Flow Yoga (L1)
This slow approach to flow yoga lays the groundwork for understanding the linking of postures with breath and intention. This fluid, rhythmic class is ideal for the graduated beginner looking to flow in their practice.
Ayurvedic Asana (B, All)
Ayurvedic practitioner, Amy Williams RYT, brings her clinical experience and intuition to this class. Students will work slower, holding poses longer, as well as holding space for a spiritual quality and intention. With a therapeutic effect this class is great for the beginner or anyone needing to slow down while still moving deeply inward.
Jivamukti Flow Yoga (L2/3)
A vigorous flow class where all aspects of yoga are practiced together in order to realize enlightenment. Ahimsa (non-harming), bhakti (devotion), nada yoga (the yoga of sound), meditation and scripture are an inclusive part of every class. This quick-paced class is appropriate for the experienced practitioner.
Beginning Flow Yoga (B, All)
A slower approach to the flow practice allowing the practitioner to understand linking of movement with breath and intention. This class is perfect for beginners as well as the experienced practitioner looking to slow down and gain a deeper understanding of the basics.
Pilates Mat Class (All)
Pilates mat classes provide an opportunity to gain deeper awareness of core muscles through exercises that strengthen, elongate, and beneficially re-pattern. This class will challenge, coordinate and balance the physical body as well as the spiritual body.
Levels:
B = Beginner appropriate
All = All levels appropriate
L1 = Level 1 (consistent practice still working with basics)
L2/3 = Level 2/3 (consistent practice working with challenging sequences and postures)
